Themes needing maintainers

Over a year ago , I committed some themes that were ported from Wordpress , as a favor to a bunch of designers who Bryght was involved with. Unfortunately I haven't been able to get ahold of the designers, and these themes are now sitting in cvs unmaintained. Could someone please take them off my hands and possibly upgrade them to 4.7. theme function documentation (rephrased froward from dev and doc)

I'm giving up. Adrian nagged me (nearly to death) to join the list and forward this :) Documentation. Is anyone interested in helping me prepare a theming reference. The reference from the apis is not good for designers. Ultimately I would like to be able to automatically produce the html snippets, for each theme function, regardless of what is the template engine. My plan is to: 1. catalogue all available theme_ functions in core (for all practical purposes this is done, might need tweaking, but the code is there) 2. go through the theme_ functions and construct dummy(lorem ipsum) style calls to extract a formatted html. 3. look into producing a drupaldocs like description. This suggestion is closely related to testing as well. How would you approach it? Any ideas? There are a few catches. At the moment I will try and target 4.7. If everything works, we can have a look at setting up a website with this. Cheers, Vlado

YUI library for themers

The Yahoo! UI Library: Grids CSS -> http://com1.devnet.scd.yahoo.com/yui/grids/ So what does everyone think? Upon my initial review, I'm liking this. With 3 files, it would be relatively easy to ensure cross browser compatibility among basic design and layout. * grids.css - makes it super easy to specify a 1 - 4 column website. By default this is fixed width for 800x600 browsers, but you could easily tweak this. * font.css - normalizes fonts across browsers * reset.css - normalizes elements across browsers (h1, ul, li, etc...), dealing with spacing and sizing I think for many designs, these are pretty useful base CSS files to build upon. I plan on testing these out in 2 upcoming sites I'm working on. And yes, the obvious caveat, this will never replace a true designer, but for something quick and easy, I don't think you can go wrong. ted

Drupal 4.7 Base theme [Something we can all agree to use and support]

Howdy gang, I wanted to know the status of "Vancouver"? - 4.7 Flexibility - Regions, other features. - tableless - theme snippet library compatible - symantic html / css What I want -- and again, in the end, it'll need to be a comprimise, I understand that -- Is a clean, base theme that we can all use to build our custom themes on top of. I'm sure there are other goodies we should have in there too, but... we need something we can all grab and start using, and most importantly easily upgrade. I also suggest we make the name of this base something generic, such as: drupal-base-theme [DBT] ? heh Ideas? We're going to be having 2 workshops <http://www.lullabot.com/ training>, the first being an introduction to Drupal and the 2nd being an indepth looking at theming in Drupal. box.tpl.php

Hi, It's been a while since I last used drupal, maybe a couple of years. I'm putting together a theme for my new site and have come across a slight problem. I'm using rounded boxes for the nodes (that are created using a series of DIV's) and would like to do the same for pages like the contact and create content pages, I'm pretty certain that this used to be handled by the box function in the old theme system but i've created the box.tpl.php file and it doesn't seem to do anything? Am I doing this completely wrong or is it more likely that i've coded something up wrong. List of ID and Class

Hi, I have my new site under drupal and I have my themes. I want to know if exist a page ora a document that say me which are the ID and the Class CSS that drupal use. autocomplete problem

Hi, I posted this to the support list, but given the topic, I thought maybe this was a more appropriate list. I've run into a strange problem where the autocomplete drop-down for freetagging on node/add/foo is actually behind the rest of the page elements. In other words, the form labels and fields are on top of the drop-down display. If the fields are opaque, then the drop-down disappears behind the body textarea. I'm not a js adept. I'm trying to figure if the drop-down has css class or id designations I can use to do something like bump the z- index -- or something! I tried to discern what's in the autocomplete javascript, and guessed at an autocomplete class, but adding .autocomplete stylings to the style.css file hasn't seemed to provided any solutions.
