Could you set the page to published? I'm not able to see the page; access
denied.

Hi,
I have read through some of the comments, and a lot of them are not adding anything usefull to the content. Do I just delete them?

Hi, it would be helpful if we could update the page and include the
information in the comments. If someone has the time to edit this
page based on the comments it would be appreciated.
This page has 15 comments that need to be cleaned up.
Cheers,
Kieran

Kieran,
See my previous post about deleting the comments, and creating this page:
http://drupal.org/node/44225
None of the other comments meant anything, and were mostly some half-baked suggestions for improving the template or seemingly support requests.
Regards,
Kobus

Well what's obvious to some is gold to others.
I made a copy of the page. I think links to template sub pages is a
good start.
There seems like a fair amount of worth while code samples on that
page that have not yet been included.
I'll try to incorporate tomorrow. You can delete if you want.
Thanks for following through.

Hi,
I have deleted all the comments. None of them meant anything, except the one started by Dub and finished by PaulM, which I posted as a theme snippet in the handbook before deleting the comment on the page.

I think they can all be deleted. Comments either don't add anything or
talk about standard programming (if(!$is_front)).

This is an often heard complaint. It happens in a lot of browsers. I have
quite some problems when using drupal.org on my laptop, hence I switched off
CSS for drupal.org there. I tried to load drupal.org on a handheld, its
horrible.
We should show, ion drupal.org that we can make nice meals out of our
dogfood :)
Can we get this addressed? I did file some specific issues in the queue, but i
fear they got covered up in dust. What about small steps: fix little CSS
issues one at the time?
Steven, what is your idea on this?

There are a lot of good comments on this page. If someone gets a
chance to rewrite this page to include the valuable comments it would
be appreciated. It currently has the most comments in the handbook.

I would suggest not usging flexiblock and instead going this route
http://urlgreyhot.com/personal/weblog/drupal_tip_1_inserting_blocks_into_co…
The article has the link to the handbook page dealing with it and some nice additional right up

Hi all. For my new portal site, I have a template with a footer where I
want to insert some block. I want to know if there is a possibility,
with drupal, to manage this new sidebar. In Administration section I
have see only sidebar-left and sidebar-right. Tnx in advance for all.
