do_search(): pager limit hard coded

Hi! I'm working on a module that provides a search function for images. It's implemented with do_search() and displays the results as a gallery. There is only one problem: The number of results per page is hard coded in do_search ($limit is set to 10 in the call to pager_query()) so there is no way to have for example 12 (4 x 3) images in the result gallery. I'd hate to have to run this on a patched search.module (especially since I'm planning to release the module once it's finished), so I was hoping we could simply add an argument for this to do_search(). drupal & php5.2 = troubles

Hi! I just want to point out that all drupal versions don't work with the latest php release 5.2. For details have a look at http://drupal.org/node/92802. Some people already ran into the same problem. As soon as big hosters will update their php installations a lot of people will be affected. Hi, I discovered http://www.entropy.ch/software/macosx/php/ when looking around for GD+PHP for Mixel. Konstantin says that "entropy.ch's builds are good, they work a lot better than MAMP". Thought this might interest you guys as many of you use those fruit machines :) Regards NK

Howdy, i followed the support list for some time, but this is my first post, so first of all my big up to all the people who use their for making Drupal a better place :) My support question: Upload pictures directly from node (not from EDIT page) can anyone tell if there actually is a way to let users upload/attach images to posts (nodes) directly from the node page? Now all (?) the image modules require users to go through the EDIT form. What i mean instead is the very classic/basic "upload an image" field *directly* on node page. The closest thing i found is the Image_tab.module: it adds an "add images" tab to the desired nodes. Still i reckon the easiest thing for users is the upload form on node page. Also the module is still cvs and not finalized for 4.7 yet and quite buggy... Please, any hint greatly apreciated! Cheers, Marco
