Malformed headers ?

When I try to open the downloaded 5.x-1.0 release from http://drupal.org/project/fo with poEdit, I get a long list of 'Malformed header' errors like this: "Malformed header: '#-#-#-#-# general.po (Drupal 5.0) #-#-#-#-#' It seems to mention every standard 5.x module that we have translated. Can anyone explain to me what is wrong with the file, and how I correct the problem? Yours sincerely Morshus

Translation for Drupal-5 not showing on Drupal site

Hi, My team(Dzongkha) has completed Drupal-5 translation and i have committed it to the drupal cvs a month ago. But the translation page at http://drupal.org/project/Translations shows the tranlsation for only version 4.7. Do I need to do something to have the drupal-5 translations on the page or could someone fix that for me.. Many thanks.. Tenzin Dendup Dzongkha Team

i recently had to re-generate all the translation tarballs due to a fix to the packaging scripts [1]. in the process, i got to watch a screen scroll by with all of the packaging errors from existing translations. i'd really love to provide this data to translation maintainers automatically [2] but until that's done, i wanted to at least share the info about the currently broken translations. if you maintain any of the translations mentioned in the subject line, please see the list of errors and warnings at the bottom of this message and do your best to correct the ones for your translation (s). thanks! SoC proposal: Better translation support for Drupal contributions

Translation status

Hi there, as many of you will be aware, the translation-status page at http://drupal.org/translation-status does not work anymore due to changes in the way drupal.org packages modules. This is a pity because users can no longer see in which state a particular translation is. There is a proposal on how to enable it again at http://drupal.org/node/92915 The problem is that neither Derek nor myself have currently time to work on it. However, we'd like to review patches made by any of you. If you have questions please add them to the issue. Cheers, Gerhard
