You probably didn't look hard enough, the strings are there. :p
This is very strange indeed. If that is the only problems that you can see, then the strings below fixes that.
I've applied the changes and committed to cvs.
Could you please send me the theme.inc file as you have it there? I will then update my local copy accordingly.
Just get a 4.7 download. :p
