Unfortunately, due to problems encountered with simplenews I was unable to send the draft via the usual means.
Attached are OpenDocument and HTML versions of the draft.
Please check it over for any errors and send any errors to both lists (I know, it's painful, but the double posting is required so the translators can make any necessary changes as they translate). If all goes well this will go out Saturday.
