Automatically exported translations seem to be available on http://ftp.drupal.org/files/translations/7.x/drupal/ (which nobody will be able to find)

a few months ago i installed drupal and downloaded a da.compressed file which i extracted to my drupal dir. Then i got danish! Now i cannot find that download! How du i install a danish translation?
The official project site is http://drupal.org/project/da which references http://localize.drupal.org/translate/languages/da. The link to the Drupal is http://localize.drupal.org/translate/languages/da/translate?project=drupal. However, I noticed that it isn’t possible for someone who’s not a translator to download the tarball from localize.drupal.org.
This poses a general question: Should we allow exporting for everyone (anonymous users as well?) or do we continue to maintain the translation in CVS; that means updating the CVS repository every now and then with the most current release?
Please, don't post such questions in that maillist. You have to go on d.org forum.
I’m unaware of such a rule.
