The website is http://drupal.kldp.org for now. We don't have a site fully setup but many people in Korean already know about it and it's starting to attract traffic. We'll be creating a new theme for it as well.
If someone could add Drupal Korea to the list of communities under http://drupal.org/community that would be great.
Done. If you want to have Korea or Korean in parenthesis after "Drupal Korea" please tell me where I can copy and paste it from.
