You *should* leave it as it is, yes.
Further more, after already translating all of these string to dutch, I doubt if it will prove to be usefull to translate it. This Schema info (database and table details) will probably rarely be used and then only by Drupal experts. Wrong translation (usually by none developers who do not know about the Schema) may cause more problems than the lack of translation can. If you need to set priority, my advice is leave it untranslated.
