As a show case of the internationalization capabilities of Drupal 6 we would like to have the Drupal press release in multiple languages. (More details: http://groups.drupal.org/node/8724)

The press release (http://drupal.org/press/drupal-6.0/en) has already been translated into 8 languages: Arabic - http://drupal.org/press/drupal-6.0/ar Catalan - http://drupal.org/press/drupal-6.0/ca Dutch - http://drupal.org/press/drupal-6.0/nl German - http://drupal.org/press/drupal-6.0/de Hebrew - http://drupal.org/press/drupal-6.0/he Spanish - http://drupal.org/press/drupal-6.0/es French - http://drupal.org/press/drupal-6.0/fr Italian - http://drupal.org/press/drupal-6.0/it

For Cantonese, Chinese (Mandarin), Esperanto, Gujarati, Japanese, Norwegian, Portuguese and Swedish volunteers have stepped forward, but unfortunately no translations have been received yet.

It would be appreciated if you could translate the press release in one of the above or any other language. Submit the result in the issue: http://drupal.org/node/221296 Make sure a (node) title is contained within the document and all required html is added. Please test the file to smooth the publishing.
