I saw drupal system this weekend, i tested it, liked it and translated it to Turkish language. I want to support and build a community with turkish volunteers with an interactivity with drupal.org team. I saw links of other countries users like

I want to give same community support with http://www.drupalturk.org to Turkish Internet Community. I captured an interest to open source systems in Turkey, like Joomla, Xoops and such CMSs.

So i wanted to show them drupal as another opportunity and develop some modules for it. I want to get an information from team about how to start the community, which necessarities should i do, what kind of legal regulation should i care and other startup knowledge. Also in university i have a group of friends who supports some linux distributions and opensource systems.

Well, gather your friends, install Drupal on your server and point the domain to it. Once you have a decent site going mail me and I will add a link on drupal.org.
