due to some bugs in Drupal and the extractor script, certain strings were not included in the translation or did not work properly.

The issues are: - http://drupal.org/node/45453 -- String freeze: description for the username field is a bit misleading - http://drupal.org/node/103519 -- Install doesn't allow "." in db prefix for psql sch - http://drupal.org/node/103784 -- Fix misuse of format_plural() in multiple places - http://drupal.org/node/103785 -- Try to fix blog module confusion by proper module description - http://drupal.org/node/103811 -- Replace %url placeholder with @url - http://drupal.org/node/103824 -- extractor.php generates from time interval template - http://drupal.org/node/103826 -- Welcome page is not translateable - http://drupal.org/node/103864 -- Color picker does not work because PHP memory too small -> wrong link in error message - http://drupal.org/node/103937 -- Dropdown list items on mass user editing page not translated - http://drupal.org/node/103946 -- Broken string: ' Character is escaped in the wrong way - http://drupal.org/node/103969 -- Fix permission names in path.module help text

More will probably follow as translators discover bugs.

These are all very tiny fixes (except for the welcome page which was completely untranslateable before) so they should be done quickly once new translation templates are available (i.e. when all issues are resolved).
