Hello all!
I don't want to take up too much of your time, but I'm wondering if any of you would be willing to translate Drupal Newsletters. It's important that we get Drupal out into every corner of the net and translations are one way to make that happen. Translating previous newsletters would be welcome, but not necessary. The hope would be that we could create all the translations around the same time, and release them all as soon after the English version as possible.
I'd love to discuss this further, if any of you are interested, let me know.

A Chinese translation would be great! The draft for the English version will go out on the 7th, perhaps a little earlier, and will be released to the public on the 10th. I should note that each translation will be allowed to add to the links (to add Drupal related sites in the target language) and add events/other language-specific content to the newsletter. I'll be sure to forward you a copy of the draft as soon as possible.
On a side note, would it be best to have the translated editions go out from the website in that language (by using the simplenews module on http://www.drupalchina.org/ for example), or be sent out by Drupal.org?

I'll start translating the newsletter immediately after I receive it. For the translated editions, I think we may send out an English edition with links to other editions so users may choose their native language edition to read after they get the official English one. Thanks!
