I'd like to write <b>complete</b> translations for users of Drupal 6.x from English to Russian language. I'd like to skip 5.x, but make translation for future 7.x version.

I wonder is it possible to get link to Russian documentation from this page at Drupal.org: http://drupal.org/handbooks (something like "Документация Drupal" which means "Drupal documentation").

Also, I'd like to create community for Drupal, organize translation of articles etc. I'm ready to do a lot of works in this direction.

I'd like to know is it possible to get "official Russian Drupal community" and/or "official Russian Drupal documentation".
