Calling all translators!

We are planning two interesting changes to the translation UI and the import/export UI + adding customized translations strings preparing to automate translation import from localize.drupal.org to make Drupal user's life easier. We have various ideas to make this work, and it would be great if you could help us shape a direction by providing your feedback.
