Well, you are in a unique position, that you actually have Indian translations (unlike me), so I would reverse the question: what about contributing that translation, hopefully collaborating with others, so that there will indeed be an Indian translation to download?

I am a drupal developer. I need to translate sites in Indian Languages. It is cumbersome to translate every time using drupal interface or using tools. How about providing translations in Indian language?
