Thanks for all your hard work! Translators, please merge in some/all of these changes into your translations as you deem necessary. I'll try to make a second draft today. Please do, we need everyone to pitch in a proof the newsletter, it's a community effort and I think we can all be proud of how well this newsletter has done thanks to the community. Low level would be great, high level suggestions are welcome as long as they won't delay the Saturday release. Drupal Newsletter for April 2006 - draft

Unfortunately, due to problems encountered with simplenews I was unable to send the draft via the usual means. Attached are OpenDocument and HTML versions of the draft. Please check it over for any errors and send any errors to both lists (I know, it's painful, but the double posting is required so the translators can make any necessary changes as they translate). Translating the Drupal Newsletter

It seems Mailman ate my first copy of this message, if you get this twice, my apologizes. Hello all! I don't want to take up too much of your time, but I'm wondering if any of you would be willing to translate Drupal Newsletters. It's important that we get Drupal out into every corner of the net and translations are one way to make that happen. Translating previous newsletters would be welcome, but not necessary. The hope would be that we could create all the translations around the same time, and release them all as soon after the English version as possible. I'd love to discuss this further, if any of you are interested, let me know. No README.txt files for translations

Hi! Just a reminder that the drupal.org packaging script replaces all the README.txt files in translation projects with a generic INSTALL file. If you want to include a README give it another name. Cheers, Gerhard
