Hello Dear Drupal Team,
I'm Behzad Amirinezhad, a web developer from Iran. I've completed the
translation of Drupal core and UberCart module into Persian. I'd like to know
how it is possible to make it available on the drupal.org website. I'll
appreciate if you help me with it.
Best Regards
Behzad Amirinezhad

Hi
This is The Arabic Translation For Drupal 6.
Please add it on.
http://www.zshare.net/download/685458477417c45d/
.
Well,I changed some of the old terms, though I'm not assuming that the new ones are the best, .
I'm ready to translate all the untranslated Modules.
Thanx.
Hello:
I wanted to ask if you know of any effort to translate drupal 6 to
basque. In the official website the only translation available is for
drupal 5 and is incomplete.
Thanks in advance.

Can you try to contact the current maintainer?
http://drupal.org/user/11147
Also, you could consider to create a translation group on
localize.drupal.org.

FYI: The Update status D5 contrib module [1] is long overdue for a new
5.x-2.4 official release [2]. I just updated the translation template
at the end of the DRUPAL-5--2 branch, and there are a handful of new
strings and a few modified strings [3]. Anyone maintaining a
translation who wants to get the fixes into CVS before I release,
please do so ASAP this week.
Obviously, it'd be better if the translation server was providing
contrib translations, we could remove the translations in CVS, and
teams could update their translations whenever they wanted (even after
a release). Are we there yet? ;) Just curious.
Thanks,
-Derek (dww)

Good day, translation world!
I want to suggest for all the groups make a little work.
Let`s do 100% translated module Localization server...
After such work we can push a small issue to drupal webmasters and make
L.D.O more friendly to new translators in every group.
PS. If No - nevermind. I`ll do that for Ukrainian BTW

Hi Romeu,
When did we used the word "quality" as an excuse to hold the "power" to approve?
Do you have any proof of that?
As far as I remember, last time when I discussed about Pedro becoming
maintainer of the translation he told me that he wasn't interested.
BTW, could you introduce yourself?
Your acc is just 1 week and 3 days old, you haven't made any comment
in drupal.org, neither groups.drupal.org, you don't appear to have an
acc in drupal-br.org. Your last comment in l.d.o was extremely unkind
(http://localize.drupal.org/node/192#comment-290). And by this time,
you haven't sent any suggestion in l.d.o.
Cheers,
Fabiano Sant'Ana

Hi Romeu,
There is a long discussion back there in l.d.o about Quality of
Translation versus Number of Translated Strings, please take a look.
Just adding more maintainers is not a plain solution for the
translation problem, IMHO having a bad translation is much worse than
no translation.
Also, I don't think this list is the proper place to discuss this
issue, as most of the team involved in the translation are not
subscribed to this list, please open a new thread (or comment in an
existing one) in l.d.o.
BTW, we will have a big Drupal event down in Campinas in the end of
October, I would be glad if you could be joining us.
Cheers,
